Year 11 students Tristan Sicari and Jacob Glover share their perspective on catering the open night.

Tristan: It was a fantastic opportunity because it gave us a different experience with cooking food. Unlike our usual practical sessions, where we make individual dishes, usually for one or two people, we were tasked with making over 1000 pieces of finger food.

Member for Albert Park Martin Foley (and a Victorian Government Minister) joined a Hub SRC meeting, along with Member for the Southern Metropolitan Region Philip Dalidakis.

The parliamentarians faced some interesting questions, including 'What do I have to do to become a Minister?' and 'What's happening with the masterplan funding'. These students really do have what it takes for a life in politics!

The Year 9 Community Projects Outdoor Education group recently explored the reefs at Half Moon Bay and the Cerberus shipwreck. Student Margarita Kontev reports.
